• To calculate group balances, split expenses, and suggest simplified settlements.
• To sync trip data across members in real time via secure backend services.
• To generate and export PDF expense reports at your request.

Your trip details, expenses, and settlements are shared exclusively with the members of the specific trip you joined or created. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and security.

We use secure industry-standard protocols and cloud services (such as Firebase) to store and protect your data. While we implement robust security controls, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You can access, modify, or delete your account information and trip data directly within the TripTally application at any time. If you wish to delete your account permanently, please contact our support team.
