TripTally is designed for tracking trip expenses, splitting costs, and managing group settlements. You agree not to use our application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or to upload any content that violates intellectual property rights or local laws.
All expense records, splits, and settlement statuses are logged and managed by trip participants. TripTally operates solely as a calculation and tracking tool. We are not responsible for disputes, discrepancies, or settlement issues arising between trip members.
We strive to keep TripTally accessible at all times. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue features of the service with or without notice for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTally and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or transaction discrepancies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TripTally at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in unauthorized activity.
